The check-in process took an excessive amount of time-over 30 minutes, frustrating when you're looking forward to settling in. There were problems with the shower. After waiting for over 20 minutes, the water barely reached a lukewarm temperature. These inconveniences overshadowed the positive aspects of the stay.
